- 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- In a small bowl, mix together the coconut oil and honey until well combined.
- Apply the mixture to your nails and massage gently for a few minutes to help improve blood circulation.
- Leave the mixture on your nails for at least 15-20 minutes.
- Rinse off the mixture with lukewarm water and pat your nails dry.
Repeat this process once or twice a week to help strengthen your nails.
