
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
- 1 clove of garlic
Instructions:
- Mince the garlic clove and let it sit for 5 minutes to allow the enzymes to activate.
- In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, coconut oil, honey, and apple cider vinegar.
- Apply the mixture to your nails and massage gently for 2-3 minutes.
- Leave the mixture on your nails for 10-15 minutes.
- Rinse off the mixture with warm water and pat dry.
NOTE: Use this nail strengthener once a week for best results.
